Navvynest collects general location details to help users find providers and services near them.

C) Provider Business Information (Providers Only)

If you create a provider listing, we collect comprehensive business information including:

Basic Business Information:

• Business name
• Business description (about your services)
• Business website URL
• Business phone number
• Contact email address
• Business location (city, state, zip code)

Visual Content:

• Business logo
• Cover photo
• Gallery photos (up to 3 for free tier, unlimited for premium)
• Videos (premium feature)

Services & Specialties:

• Services offered (Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, etc.)
• Specialties (ADHD, Autism, Behavioral Health, etc.)
• Age groups served (Infant, Child, Teen, Adult)

Payment & Insurance Information:

• Insurance acceptance (yes/no)
• Specific insurance types accepted (Aetna, Blue Cross, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
• Payment options (Private Pay, Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Sliding Scale, ESA, etc.)

Availability & Scheduling:

• Accepting new patients (yes/no)
• Has waitlist (yes/no)
• Appointment wait time (2 weeks, 1 month, 2-3 months, etc.)

External Reviews & Verification:

• Google Reviews URL
• Yelp URL
• Facebook Reviews URL
• Verification documents (for provider verification process)

D) User-Generated Content

We collect content users choose to submit through the app, including:

• Provider listing details
• Event RSVPs
• Photos uploaded by users

E) App Usage & Analytics

To understand app usage and improve performance, we may collect:

• Search queries
• Filter selections
• Bookmarks
• Provider views and event views
• Login timestamps
• Device ID (for anonymous/technical tracking)

✅ Analytics may be aggregated and anonymized when possible.

2. Permissions We Use

Navvynest requests permissions only when needed for specific features.

Camera

Used to allow users to:

• Take photos for profile/provider listings
• Upload images for logos, cover images, and galleries

Media Library / Photos

Used to allow users to:

• Select existing images from their device for uploads

Internet Access

Used for:

• Account login and app functionality
• Provider searches and listings
• Uploading and retrieving content

• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide search functionality and provider discovery
• Display provider listings and related content
• Allow photo uploads for profiles and listings

We store user information securely using cloud infrastructure, including Supabase services.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of online storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Navvynest does not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in limited situations such as:

• Service providers that help us operate Navvynest (ex: hosting, storage, analytics)
• Legal requirements if required by law, court order, or to protect safety and rights
• Business transfers (if Navvynest merges, reorganizes, or sells assets)

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to:

• provide the Services
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes
• enforce agreements

You may request deletion of your account and related personal data at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Navvynest is designed for families and providers, but the Services are not intended for children under 13 to create accounts independently.

Navvynest may contain links to external websites (example: provider websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
