You can request permanent deletion of your NavvyNest account and associated data at any time.

NavvyNest (“we”, “our”) is provided by NavvyNest LLC. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Prefer to email a request?

  1. Email hi@navvynest.com from the email address linked to your NavvyNest account.
  2. Use the subject line Account deletion request so we can process it quickly.
  3. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law.

What we delete

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete your account and the following data we hold: profile information (name, email, user type, zip code, display name), app preferences, bookmarks, and any provider listing or event data tied to your account.

What we may keep

We may retain certain information where required by law, for safety (e.g., fraud or abuse), or to enforce our terms—for example, anonymized or aggregated data, or records we must keep for legal or regulatory reasons. Such data is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
